Isn’t this sub-letting? Isn’t that illegal?
No, it isn’t illegal if it’s set up in the right way. Sub-letting without the landlord’s permission can breach a tenancy, and that’s not what we teach. Every property is set up with the landlord’s full written agreement, so everyone knows exactly how it will be used. The right type of agreement depends on where you are, and we show you how to put it in place.
Will landlords actually say yes?
Not every landlord will, and you should expect some rejections. The training shows you how to pitch the model and follow up, and our students push through the “no”s to secure their first property.
Is this a get-rich-quick scheme?
No. It’s a real business that takes consistent time and effort, especially at the start. We’ve been running our own for six years, through all kinds of market changes.
